Code of Conduct: Students are expected to be courteous and respectful toward each other, their teacher, and Summit Dance Academy property. This includes being uplifting and supportive of one another and paying attention in class. We believe this helps create a positive learning environment benefiting each student's growth.

Attire: Please make sure your dancer has appropriate shoes and attire for each class. We recommend On Stage Dancewear in Taylorsville or The Glass Slipper in American Fork. Appropriate attire can be found on our class description page.

Attendance Policy: Students need to arrive 5 minutes before their class time in appropriate attire, ready to learn. Walking in late creates a distraction for the teacher and other students.  

Tuition and Fees: Tuition must be paid by the 1st of the month. Auto withdraw is required unless other arrangments are made. A $15 late fee will be assessed on the 10th and again on the 20th. Tuition more than 25 days late will result in suspension from class until tuition are current. Notice to drop a class needs to be given 30 days prior to cancellation. There will be absolutely No refunds.

Release of Liability: I understand I release Summit Dance Academy and all staff and official from any claims of damages or injury suffered by the above registered students in connection with or by association with Summit Dance Academy.

Pick Up Policy: Please keep the flow of traffic going the same direction for pick up and drop off. Form a line coming from the north side of the building. Teachers will meet you outside with students. Get in line 5 minutes before class is over to insure a quick pick up.
